I truly mean it when I say I will never go to any other auto shop. Everyone who works here is always polite and knowledgeable. The thoroughness and communication each inspection goes beyond my expectations and I know I can trust my vehicle being here. I will continue to recommend this shop to others.
As always, excellent work and outstanding service from Josh. He is the sole reason I continue coming back. His professionalism and care for his customers are unmatched. That said, I wasn’t a fan of how my checkout experience was handled. Whether it was the manager or someone else, addressing an issue with my invoice in front of me and putting Josh on the spot was extremely unprofessional. Don't let the name or the Bible on the counter fool you. These people are NOT honest. Told my mom she needed a $4k repair on a new engine. Totally bogus. Regular mechanic fixed it for $100. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
By far the best auto shop I have ever been to. Honest guys and very communicative. They don't nickel and dime here like other shops. Customer for life and will be referring all friends and family to this location in the future.
