I wish I had the same service as the others. 2nd time around, shame on me. A few years ago, they did not put the engine cap back on after an oil change on my jeep, and I drove it for a few hundred miles before I decided to do a spot check and found it was missing. Showed up one Saturday morning to have my AC looked at. They were too busy that day so I scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday. Dropped my car off 30min after they opened. The guy said i would be receiving texts as the status of my repairs were moving forward. Well 3:30 rolls around with no texts, so I call them and they say they closed at 2pm, I said I dropped my car off today and need it. Customer service friendly
I'm pretty darn happy with Christian Bros. right about now. After a diagnosis, they estimated it would be about $2400 for everything. After they got into it, they realized that the issue was something else, not quite as major, and I wound up spending $1600 instead! I bet a lot of shops would have just gone with the higher number that had been authorized. They've earned a customer for as long as I'm in Chandler and they're open!
I had my SUV serviced at Christian Brothers Automotive - Ocotillo. Their service was exceptional. They were kind, attentive, and did a great job of explaining what needed to be repaired.
Lousy service and still can't fix my husband's car. He took his car there to get his ac and some other problems which cost over $2500. His ac is keeps shutting off by it self so there for I don't recommend anyone going there.
Caught them trying to take advantage of my fiancé. A $500 axle job started out with a $1600 estimate...I guess they figured they'd just try to pad it with "while we're in there" expenses and add an unneeded $1100 until I called them out on it. Just think of all the elderly, single mothers & young people who just take mechanics at their word because they don't know any better. Maybe one day I'll find an honest mechanic, but it wasn't at Christian Brothers.
