I brought my car in for a knocking sound in the engine. The result after paying almost $200 is that there is a knocking sound with my engine — no technical information explained. Mechanic more or less said nothing can be done or I need a new car or spend 10-12k on new engine with him. Crazy. Or as the young ones say: Cray Cray. I highly recommend to NEVER go to this automotive shop! They are a huge rip off!! They are not honest and have a slick way of wording things. They charged me for a starter that my local mechanic would have charged me $400.00 less. Unfortunately I learned the hard way!!!
Wow dropped by for a quote to diagnose an electric window just a diagnostic they quoted me $180 plus tax just for the diagnostic. That’s more than the dealer and the dealer has certified technicians from the company
Very kind and professional staff. A really calming energy as soon as you walk in. I just went in to get air in my tires and the gentleman who assisted me was so warm and welcoming. As someone who's worked in customer experience, that's something I really appreciate.
