I’ve never had a problem with Christian brothers until yesterday. I was dropping off for routine oil change and tire rotation. I was asked up front if I wanted to add tire rotation on…. Umm yeah scheduled that. Also needed a courtesy shuttle home which is five minutes from the business. Waited 40 minutes with no shuttle and hired an uber. Got my inspection and was shocked to see my brakes at 2mm. My last visit was 5/29 and they were 6mm. Very recently, I needed alignment done following some front suspension and steering repairs. I showed up on Monday morning with no appointment to drop the car off. They kindly greeted me and even offered to drive me home. They got the repairs done faster than expected and the car drives great! I am very satisfied with the service I received! Very nice folks who do great work. Thanks!
Took my car there with an air conditioning problem they looked at and said the AC evaporator was leaking. The price was 2,100 and the work was done within a week. Once I got my car back the system was empty and not cooling within a week. I took the car back they looked at it and said it was a pinched gasket they were responsible for.
