Very poor customer service. I had an appointment at Christian Brothers and arrived just a few minutes late due to traffic. They refused to see me, which I find completely unfair—especially since when you're on time, they often make you wait over 30 minutes without any apology. They clearly don't respect the customer's time, but expect you to be perfectly punctual. I won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for professionalism and respect.
My wife and I were traveling from Montana, get down to Texas and tried out my AC and doesnt work. Up north we hardly use the AC, I took it to them and mentioned the issues and what was the possibilities. They opened their schedule to help us out directly next day to work on my truck. They finished up in one day with a full replacement of my compressor and any leak locations. They were very friendly and definitely a wonderful team there.
