They hire people who aren't certified
Price was fair and the service and staff were kind. Kept me up to date on what they were working on with my car. At the end of the day car runs smooth and starts right up. The only con is my stereo in my car won't work after the service and worked before i brought it in. That might be because of the battery and alternator they replaced.
They did a thorough job of checking my car out. I had them make the repair and my car does seem like it is fixed. They do a great job and have a courtesy vehicle to take you home and pick you back up after your vehicle is repaired.
Overall awesome experience. Straight forward and very nice. Reasonably priced service. The shuttle service was a pleasant surprise and all around great experience, Alan is a great driver and deserves a raise.
I have been taking my vehicles here since they opened a few years back. They've been incredibly honest, share estimates and options prior to doing the work, are servant hearted, and kind. The office itself is a pleasant and inviting place to sit as well. Rachel Harmon is great!
