Again, the customer service was amazing. I went in for my oil change and courtesy inspection. Discovered my vehicle needs 11k worth of work. I still owe 13 k and some change on it. With that being said the office was clean, staff is very friendly, they have snacks and drinks available to you.
I took my vehicle in because my breaks failed ( pedal free traveling to the floor board). After a diagnostic test, to include a test drive, I received a call from Jackson, who told me in detail everything that was and was not wrong with my vehicle. I had many questions regarding cause, effect and options. Jackson answered all of them fully, honestly and patiently. The guys at Christian Bros did an awesome job serving my truck. You know that feeling when you first get your vehicle back and you can just feel the difference in the way it drives and handles and it just feels tight and right. That’s what you get with these guys. They pay attention to details. On top of that they are all friendly and take time to speak with you. Great job guys. Thanks for taking care of my truck. DO NOT COME HERE. To let y'all know the labor rate July 2025 is $175 an hour. There are plenty of other places in the area. Had my vehicle towed to them because they were able to see me the quickest. They called and told me that they were unable to run a full diagnostic on my truck and wanted just under $900 to further investigate the engine. I said no and had a tow truck sent to get my truck. And even though they told me they couldn't run a full diagnostic they absolutely charged me $200 for a diagnostic service. That's $20... read more
