Absolutely terrible experience. Communication was non-existent — I had to keep calling just to get basic updates, and half the time no one seemed to know what was going on with my car. They kept my vehicle for several days, only to later admit that no actual work had even been started. No transparency, no respect for my time, and zero sense of urgency or accountability. Incompetent. Third time fixing the same part over the course of 2+ years. Called me to say it’s ready to be picked up and when I got there it wasn’t even fixed. Then when they finally “fixed” it I asked what they’d done differently to ensure the part would not break again and the guy said they put the same after-market part on there that they used before.
