I don’t have enough superlatives for Christian Brothers Auto Mechanics ! I’m an older person who knows nothing about cars but cares deeply about always have a safe car to drive . My car is older but I love it and the team went above and beyond checking out what the problem might be with my vehicle starting issues and showed me the results of multiple tests and then explained things to me in terms I could understand. Quite impressed with Christian brothers. My truck brakes started acting up and they were the closest shop to my house which is why I brought it to them. They did a very thorough diagnostic inspection with pictures and detailed descriptions. Paul talked me through the questions I had about it and was quite knowledgeable. I ended up deciding not to fix everything since it was an older, very rusty truck and the proper fixes were going to be more than I was willing to put into it. I was exceptional surprised that they took a video of every aspect of the inspection process and an advanced notification of any future needs or concerns. This has been my best experience with an honest auto repair company ever. I rate them my best 5 stars!
Highly recommend! Super awesome place! I was referred by Discount Tire in Chester to replace a broken stud that Discount Tire had broken and was going to cover. I accidentally set up my appointment with the wrong location and was supposed to go to the Chester location, but this Christian Brothers still took care of it, and another student that I didn't know needed to be replaced for no charge!
