I had an issue with my tire and I had it plugged at CAB, but the next day when it started leaking again and I returned they claimed they didn’t plug it. I asked what they did the day before and they didn’t know? Management refused to speak to me about it and acted very shady, even stating they didn’t want to go behind each others backs. Hampton and the crew there are always hustling.
My daughter brought her car there last week for an alignment. They charged her $149.00 and all they did was point out $5,000 for unnecessary repairs and recommendations. No alignment was done due to supposed rusty bolts. (This car had very little under-carriage rust.) They quoted $1,300+ just to change the rear brake pads, rotors and calipers. Never again! Poor communication about 2 types of appointments. No desire to do business via text messages with links of images from a courtesy check that expired. Was there fine print that said it was OK to provide email to third party vendors for marketing sales?
