Great communication via text about my upcoming appointment, and very thorough text response about my vehicle’s service. The service advisor also called to discuss my vehicle’s service needs. I was given a yellow rose at checkout, and a cold bottle of water was in my vehicle when it was driven around for me. We will let Christian Brothers service my husband’s car when it is due.
This was my second time using their service and both times I experienced great auto service and excellent customer service! The first time they worked well with my Carmax warranty company and did a good job replacing my thermostat. I was given a yellow rose at the end of both visits and a cold bottle of water was placed in my cup holder. My last service they did a wonderful job testing my car thermostat to confirm everything was working properly. They certainly have my business for any future maintenance or work!
Great customer and car service! I just moved to Richmond, but no matter where I go, I’ll always bring my car to Christian Brothers. I chose this location, and I’m glad I did!
After an awful ordeal, these guys, esp Paul, were so wonderful. Interesting & cool how they got their name. They took great care of me!
