Very professional and kind employees! Called about an oil change and tire rotation and they got me in super quick at a very fair price! Thank you!
The service was fine, they found the issues and fixed them, but over the 2 trips if I had done everything they suggested I would have paid more in repairs than the worth of the car, they did not even mention that it might be a good idea to possibly look into a new car during the first or second visit (declined all suggestions during the second visit and just getting a new car now)

After experiencing some transmission issues, I booked an appointment for 7am the next day. The team was friendly and professional. They took my 2020 Dodge Journey in right away and called before 1pm to confirm that their technician had experienced the same issue I described. The diagnostic fee was just under $200. Although I ultimately chose a different shop for the repair, my experience here was positive in terms of communication and overall service.
Just in for an oil change. I opted to wait. They had the car serviced and back to me in under an hour. The staff are friendly, helpful and speedy. I'll continue visiting Christian Brothers for my automotive needs.
