Had to get brakes done front and rear. The sevice was fast. CBA was honest with the assesment, the cost was reasonable, and explained clearly prior to the work. Communication with CBA was easy and the staff were very friendly.

Took my sprinter van in for an alignment. Not only were they 100 bucks more than another shop they added 18.00 “fees” charge to the bill. I didn’t agree to the fees, and asked them what it was and the reply was “that’s what all shops charge for incidentals not charged for”.
