Quick service and great customer service at this new location!
Talk about small town hospitality. With all the growth in Magnolia, they still put the customer first. I was able to set an appointment the next day, and get my vehicle back before 3p. I was shuttled home by the nicest man and he also picked me up to get my vehicle when ready. Pricing for my car was waaaaay lower than the previous price I received at another company in town. I was truly impressed and thankful for the quick service, and southern hospitality.
I went in to leave my truck on Monday and it was done on Tuesday. They were very professional and courteous and very kind and I got the shuttle. It was fantastic work. I couldn’t have asked for a better automotive center to do my work for my car, I got a battery replaced and they provide longer and some other ones for the warranty. I appreciate that you guys are close by now that I can go there quickly instead of going all the way on the other side to go for Service thank you so much, Helen

The staff went above and beyond. I felt truly taken care of from the moment I walked in until they delivered my vehicle. They even delivered my car, as my wife wasn't feeling well enough to take me to pick it up. Aside from their customer treatment, the work performed on my vehicle was outstanding. I will make this business my go-to from now on and recommend it to my friends. Robert and Cameron are two people I had direct contact with, but I'm certain this type of customer service is their business model.
