These people do not act with integrity. Quoted me two hours of diagnostic labor that only took them an hour and would not prorate the charge. They tried to tell me I recalled what they said incorrectly - openly trying to gaslight me. The quote for the actual work was $800 more than a local shop for the exact same repair. Surface level kindness with lack of integrity underneath. Absolutely despicable business.
Even though no one likes dealing with car issues or car insurance claims, the team at CBA Longmont did everything they could to make the process as transparent, thorough, and smooth as possible. I especially appreciated that someone always answered the phone when I called, and that the team took the initiative to call me first with updates.
