On a different day, my visit may have had a better chance of success. I never got in the door. NARROW parking alley that dead-ends with limited space to maneuver a turn around. Not a parking space available. Since I could not park to go inside the office, I was gone. Sorry, Christian, but I went next door to Goodyear. This could be an outstanding service center and I prefer local rather than big-box, but I had fouled spark plugs and needed immediate remedy. Nowhere to park just put me off. Friendly and professional. My Volvo had several issues but the main issue was no a/c. I left my car. They fixed it in one day and kept me posted on the progress. They gave my car a thoroughcheck up. I left there with a/c and several maintenance issues completed. I recommend Christian Brothers!
Great first experience. Seemed thorough and honest.
Booked an appointment online. Showed up 10 min early and they have doubled booked. I get it. People call out sick. But at least give a call that you are double booked and cannot do the appointment.
