Made an appointment for 1 pm, they didn’t start working on my car until 4 pm then told me at the end of the day they needed to order a part. I could have had my car back if they started it at my appointment time. Then the next day when I went to get my car they messed up putting in a part and my car was leaking coolant and I had to wait again for them to reorder a part and reinstall.
Terribly unprofessional and unqualified company. They returned the car to us misconfigured and when the car was set to reverse it would drive forward. This is extremely dangerous and almost caused us to have an accident. No one told us this was happening when we picked up the car. This was not an issue when we originally dropped it off and when we called to let them know about this issue they said they were already aware but did not seem concerned at all about the fact that they returned the car to us in with new dangerous i... read more
My experiences at Christian Brothers have always been positive. The first time I went there, they immediately diagnosed why my car was making a strange rattling noise and fixed it. This was after the dealer told me the noise was normal. This last time, they were able to fix my car quickly at a reasonable cost. I also appreciated the shuttle rides both when I dropped off and picked up my car. Everyone I have dealt with has been courteous and professional.
