worst, most deceitful business I have ever seen. Keep as far away from these people as you possibly can!!
Great customer service. Will was great to work with! Won’t take my car anywhere else…
I am disappointed in the competence and integrity of this automotive repair shop. Took a Honda CRV to Christian Brothers Automotive in College Station, assuming they would be honest and competent. I have never needed a non-warranty mechanic before. They charged me to diagnose the problem and charged me $800 to repair the problem. Within 24 hours I had the same problem with my car that I had before leaving the car with them for several days. Obviously, the diagnosis was wrong and the repair unnecessary. I called them to... read more
Went in knowing I needed a coolant sensor changed (I'm a mechanic on cars and planes) and told the guy at the counter. He stated he needed to "test" it and that ran $190.00. I told him fine and then got the shock of my life. I got the diagnostics back and read how after resetting the error code, the vehicle ran fine, temp held fine and yet they came out with a quote, to change out my thermostat, because it stuck. It isn't because I can see the temperature gage move up and down even though it isn't reading properly. And besi... read more
A name like Christian Brothers suggests to customers that they have found an honest repair shop. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I have an Endurance extended warranty, and at other repair facilities I have paid the $100 deductible and left with a properly functioning vehicle. In this case, I brought my car in for a window regulator (the part that raises and lowers the window; approximately $59 shop cost) and a radio that was not working (approximately $225 shop cost for a replacement). I later received a call stat... read more

As a woman I would not choose CHRISITIAN bros. They have lied twice now. When I told them what I needed done they assumed what I needed. The manger made it a point in very little words that I didn't know what I was talking about. "It's probably just dirt on your brakes". Also it should not take two weeks to to get a quote you should know prices automatically. They over price parts and the last service received suspension and struts have not been right since. Then when caught in a lie they want to blame someone who no longer ... read more
Christian Brothers charged me twice for the same issues I originally brought my vehicle in for. The VSC, TRAC OFF, and engine lights were on, and the AC/Heater was making a grinding noise. I have CarShield, and they approved and paid for the AC/Heater compressor. In addition, Christian Brothers stated that the EVAP/charcoal canister needed to be replaced. It took 2–3 days for them to receive the canister, and then I was told it was the wrong part. They spent another 2 days searching for a replacement. I paid $985.00 for thes... read more
The name is deceiving. The business model they use to "inspect" and then "recommend" repairs seems very transparent and promising. However, a 2500 brake job shouldn't lead to me coming back a month later with a "suspicious cut" in my brake hose. Could this have been a possible oversight during the last inspection and repair? Normal wear and tear? Possible mechanic error, caused by a tool during installation? Maybe. But to deflect any responsibility or accountability and insinuate that it's my fault and "someone in my persona... read more
