Outstanding customer service. I’m impressed by how welcoming and professional Christian Brothers Automotive’s staff was. I went in for an oil change and they provided me with a report and any open items with my car. Compared to other shops, they were more transparent on why the items were flagged and their costs were reasonable. They had my vehicle a couple days and were very communicative throughout the entire process. Thanks CBA!
Absolutely will not be using CBA again. While we would not have anything negative to say in regards to their overall customer service and convenience of offering a shuttle service, our repeat dissatisfaction with CBA has been a direct result of their misleading inspection reports, upselling unnecessary services, and overall inflated labor costs. The cherry on top was my wife recently needed a new battery installed and unknowingly was upsold a battery + 5 yr optional warranty that resulted in a bill over $400 including labor.... read more
Once again, as always, they fix it once and I don’t have to go back to get it fixed again. The warranty is a plus, but their customer service is top notch! Julian and the team, Ty, Brad, all of em are great to work with. Another thing to mention, they explain everything!!! Great place!!
