They present you with a PDF document listing the issues with your vehicle and it also includes videos of how your car works and why services are needed or recommended. Makes the whole process way less stressful and you have the confidence the mechanics are honest and knowledgeable. The mechanic I talked with even discussed which services I could hold off on which were most pricey to save money. Leveling up the standard of care for automotive service.
