There are NO Christians at Christian Brothers Automotive. They allowed me to drive away in a vehicle that was not safe to drive. They failed to inform me after doing a diagnostic and test drive that my vehicle was not safe to drive. I went in for a clutch repair--they confirmed that I needed a clutch repair--but the issue was far more serious than that. My truck is not drive able. courteous, knowledgeable staff. work is done in a timely manner with the customers needs in mind at all time. free ride to and from location. prices are good for services offered.

My wife took my vehicle into this location today for an issue she encountered on the drive from Austin to Katy. The advisor quoted repairs which would resolve the immediate issue as well as several other recommended service items. I declined the other recommended service items, but there must have been a misunderstanding as ultimately she was charged for them. I had an issue with my cars electrical system that I fully expected to cost an arm and a leg. Josh Skalka personally looked at my car and figured out that it was something that was a simple fix. They got me in and out and saved me a ton of money that would have really stressed my family to spend. Another mechanic might have taken advantage of that but they put people first and it shows. I can not recommend the Grand Parkway Christian Brothers location enough. Great people, great service, great prices. 5/5.
