I really had an amazing experience. They really lived up to their pledge to treat you as they would like to be treated, like true Christians❤️. I’m very visibly Muslim and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in every step of the experience. It was a very hot day and I had 4 young kids with me. Pleasant experience at this location! Friendly staff, and efficient service. My car was even washed as a courtesy! Thanks so much! UPDATE: 7/31/2025 I needed an emissions inspection before vehicle registration renewal, because, Texas. Always thankful for the Christian Brothers team - DJ and I practically bonded over my vintage ride; John completed my inspection and texted a link to the report, complete with videos, which Brian signed off on. I had to give them a masterclass of Memphis, but I love John the team leader and Clint! They were so fast and helpful! The whole location is friendly, speedy, and informative! I will come here in the future for all of my future car needs! Highly recommend this location and team 11/10.
My rear view mirror broke after a long trip from Amarillo Texas to Frisco. My daughter called Christian Brothers Automotive on 8110 FM 423 and they got me right in. The people there were so nice and professional. Such a caring place full of great people. My car had to stay overnight and when I picked it up the next morning my car was fixed, it was totally cleaned inside and out, and the people were so nice to me and made sure I was assured my car would be fine when I traveled back to Amarillo! Buyer beware!! This location is not helpful. Forgot gentleman name I talked to over the phone but getting a quote for something simple was like pulling teeth. “We need all your information before quote you an estimate”. I hung up after he said “hes going to text me the quote” and not provide me a quote over the phone. I called a different Christian Brothers and they were responsive and was able to give a quote over the phone in less than 5 minutes. My advice is to contact a different location than this one for advice or help... read more
