I chose Christian Brothers Automotive for the first time because of the many positive reviews online. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect what others have described, and we left feeling disappointed. To start with the positives, everyone we interacted with was consistently friendly and courteous throughout the process, and the facility itself is very clean and well maintained. I ended up there by chance. I was having trouble and they were so nice and accommodating. They took care of me and the shuttle was an added bonus! Totally recommend them!

A good, honest, and integrative mechanic is hard to find these days. Once you find one you hold on for life just like a beautician. Christian Brothers have always been professional, fair, and displayed exceptional interpersonal skills. While their prices are not shade tree mechanic prices it’s worth it to have the peace of mind knowing your car is in good hands.
Took my car here for a diagnosis and comes out i need a new transmission. I really appreciated the welcoming customer service and was even given a courtsey ride after dropping my car off here.. mike explained throughly what I had going on with the car and took his time to answer some questions even after I refused repairs. I appreciate them doing a real diagnosis and the price was reasonable
