Incredibly pleasant waiting area for a mechanic's shop! Work was completed sooner than estimated and I was back on the road.
It took me months to realize I needed to post something about my experience. I took my car in to have change of fluids. I was told I needed a new transmission. I had a warranty on my vehicle already through the dealership so I took my car to the dealership and told them what this Christian brother had told me That I need a new transmission and I had a warranty so I knew it would be covered the dealership, the dealership reviewed my vehicle and they said you do not need a transmission. They burned me again! The transmission would not come out of 3rd gear. It was having another issue of not wanting to go into a gear while the vehicle was stopped and the moter was running. That was an ongoing issue that would get worse as the truck would warm up. It would get to the point that the transmission wound need to be rev matched and floated into gear. I will be coming here every time for anything needed to be done for my vehicle, these guys were so wonderful and Jay provided me with some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at any car place!! I greatly appreciate them and fixing what needed to be fixed on my car :)
