Christian Brothers was very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Their communication was good, they were able to get me in, and from a customer-service standpoint, I had no complaints. My issue was with the price and the lack of flexibility on the repair. For my 2017 Honda CR-V A/C issue, they quoted me $2,915.17 for a bundled repair that included replacing the compressor, condenser, expansion valve, flushing the hose, and evacuating/recharging the system. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the service I received at CBA! It’s the best I’ve received at any automotive spot - hands down! As a women epically, you never know what you’re gonna get with car places. The guys were very professional from the phone call to the visit and checkout process. They were very thorough in explaining the diagnostics of my vehicle and conservative in the sense that they weren’t trying to over sell. What a great company to work with ! They have my business from now on ! I had 2 other shops look at my 2016 ford fusion and could not figure it out . They diagnosed it and fixed it in 2 days !

Christian Brothers Automotive in Crestwood is the best and a great asset to this county. They have, many times over the years, saved our family money with their honesty, and I trust them entirely with our family’s own line of cars. These guys are professional, kind, honest, and more than competent. The waiting room is lovely, and the staff are so welcoming. The shuttle system is an added bonus. This is a different feel than any other place you’ll go to get your car worked on. These are good, honest, and Godly people.

Christian Brothers(CB) Automative in Crestwood, Ky are the BEST and HONEST business I have associated with in 30 plus year. I said, I need transmission flush and oil change. To My surprise, I received a phone call from CB’s a few hours stating the Fluid test states both of those are a good and saved me $350. At the same Time, I was told my brakes are good for another year or so. I was told my coolant was good for a while and I asked to Change as the weather in Kentucky keeps changing hot cold to Extreme cold. I give you guys... read more
