Even though my wife already left a review, I feel they deserve another and more detailed explanation of the service and treatment of of their guest as well. My family and I were on a drive from Texas to Pennsylvania to drop off my daughter when my daughters truck was having issues with low presssure fuel and it wasnt responding. Christian Bros dropped off their flyer in my newspaper box at the curb. This box is for my newspaper BTW not ads. The flyer got wet and stuck to the bottom of the box. I ended up having to take the mailbox off the top of the newspaper box to get the remnants of the flyer off. And then had to repaint because of scratches getting the cheap flyer off. There's a half-hour I'll never get back. Nope, I won't be by for service. Thanks Christian Brothers Automotive. Thanks for wasting my time.
Absolutely amazing customer service and professionalism. They’re honest, prompt, communicative and always do a great job. It’s not often nowadays to find a mechanic shop so honest. They’ll have my families business for a long time.
Christian Brothers was very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Their communication was good, they were able to get me in, and from a customer-service standpoint, I had no complaints. My issue was with the price and the lack of flexibility on the repair. For my 2017 Honda CR-V A/C issue, they quoted me $2,915.17 for a bundled repair that included replacing the compressor, condenser, expansion valve, flushing the hose, and evacuating/recharging the system.
