I was about 8 hours from home traveling for work, I started having issues with my car I looked into it with my scanner and live data and found my fuel pump was bad I tried to replace it myself in an Oreillys parking lot, the problem was it was only accessible from the bottom and I had just filled my tank 30 minutes down the road. I have been going to christian brothers for years and I have never had sutch terrible experience before. First it was in for warranty my deductible was 50 dollars then they tell me its going to be thousands of dollars to fix it when the warrany company was already paying them for the work to be done. I complained and still ended up paying over 300 when I should of only paid my deductible. Then they lied to me about when you car would be done. Should of took 2 days took them 4.
