First off, they are professional in their interactions with customers. My first experience ended with a positive results with my extended warranty repair. My most recent, however, not so much. I had a major issue when my battery drained and the radio was blank. I charged the battery and took it in. They tested and said everything checked out. A week later the same issue...battery dead. They determined my problem was a bad cell in my battery. Why the battery was not checked the first time does not make sense. My firs... read more

Avoid the place if all possible, I brought my truck in for a coil and cable change, the convinced me that the spark plugs needed changing, so they changed the spark plugs, got my vehicle back after a week with the engine sounding worst then when it went in, bad knock on the engine, now I'm going to have to pay thousands to get the engine repaired after these guys damaged my vehicle.

I took our vehicle in for high rpms when running and parked. The diagnostic fee was going to be somewhere between $170 and $180 - depending on with whom I spoke. When I get the vehicle back there is no problem with the transmission, but was told the Check Engine Light is on (not before I took it in) and indicated low compression on a cylinder. Starting the truck, I see that the check engine light and the Traction Control System Light are on. I was told I will need to pay another $1500 for an engine teardown. On top of that ... read more

Great service for front end work. They took me home and picked me up after servicing my car. I loved their quote system, videos of needed repairs. Every single person there are wonderful to talk too.

The people at Christian Brothers Automotive are so friendly, and knowledgeable. They are always looking for ways to help out in any way! Whenever I bring my car in for maintenance, or if something needs fixing, they always do a great job! But they go above and beyond and check your whole car if you want them to! Then, if they do find something else that's wrong, or something that might need attention soon, they let you know and ask if you want them to fix it, or if you want to wait. If you take your car there consistently, y... read more

My truck was towed to Christian Brothers and they analyzed the problem the next morning. The communication was very prompt and detailed. They requested for me to authorize a new battery installation to allow the diagnostic to continue, which I did. They then finished the diagnostics and then they sent me a thorough report on my vehicle with recommendations. I signed off on the items that required attention. That afternoon they were complete with the work and notified me that it was ready to pick up.  The service and communic... read more

I wish I had the same service as the others. 2nd time around, shame on me. A few years ago, they did not put the engine cap back on after an oil change on my jeep, and I drove it for a few hundred miles before I decided to do a spot check and found it was missing. I trusted them too much. Strike one. It has been a few years, so I decided to have my other vehicle serviced last week and had a full cooling system flush done among other services completed. I came home (about 4 miles away) and noticed a yellow box warning ligh... read more

For the past 2 years since I got my Honda Odyssey Christian Bros. had been replacing my alternator and battery every 5 -6 Mos. Today I am told that since they are no longer under Car Max warranty they can't do the work without charging me an arm and a leg when the original issue obviously was never completely fixed in the first place because why did I have to come here 5 plus times for same exact concern and if it was something else why was it not diagnosed then so that the warranty company could fix it. Christian Bros. jus... read more

Most dishonest shop we've ever dealt with. My wife is a travel nurse and os currently working in Little Rock. Her 2017 Kia wasn't starting and she was told by a tow truck driver she needed a new battery She bought one at Walmart and her car started. Next morning, it wouldn't start. She had it towed to CB and the first thing they did was to tell her it was the terminal. So they charged her $200 to in. Still wouldn't start. So they said they had to diagnose the problem and it would be $150. They did so and said it was the st... read more
