I love this Christian Brothers! I have been their customer for 10 years and have always found them to be honest and fair. Just last week, I was super impressed when Priscilla, who directs the calls, went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. I brought my Yukon in for preventive maintenance, including a spark plug replacement at around 80k miles. When I picked it up, the engine had a clear misfire and the A/C was making a high-pitched noise that wasn’t present before service. They said the noise was related to the cabin filter area, but it continued even after they claimed to fix it. Outstanding people and place to do business!
I came in this morning, I was very happy with the service I received, everyone was extremely nice. They looked at my car for free after it was towed and had tons of signal lights on. They had the best service I’ve ever received. They even offered me water while I waited.
