Overall an amazing experience. I used to be a dealership technician and really hate to wrench when I don’t have to anymore. Crazy to see how much better of an experience you can get from Christian brothers compared to a dealer. Everyone was beyond nice to me and more than qualified. They have a shuttle service that makes getting to and from the shop super easy. I was primarily helped by Alex but also was assisted by other team members, I had my car towed in, it was inoperable and I was stressed out. BEST SERVICE IN DENTON COUNTY! Was I Popped in for rear brakes and rotors. They seemed very busy, and yet still said no problem! Very Nice folks at the front Desk. Super simple process. A technician quickly found me and let me know the price as well as it might be a couple of hours and said they will get it done! They offered me a ride ifninneeded one and pick me up when it was ready, or I was welcome to hang out in the waiting room. I chose to work in the waiting room.
