I took my vehicle in to have the struts repaired. My vehicle is covered under a vehicle warranty. I then received a quote to repair my truck for $******* total minus $800 that they said my warranty company would cover. I then called my warranty company and they advised me that the repair was negotiated and accepted by Christian Brothers for a total of 4.6 hours of labor @165 per hour along with my parts being a total of $298. Paid $300 to have warning light on my highlander fixed and they told me another problem popped up right when they fixed the electrical problem. I asked why they didnt fix it seeing as I literally paid $300 for that specific issue
Terrible experience. Great reception. Nice and clean office. No problems there. Never judge a shack by its cover. Took my 2002 BMW 330i year in for electrical problems as it is very close to where I live. Gave them all the information on what had happened and left my vehicle with them. The customer came in with an electrical problem. We initially referred him somewhere else, but he insisted on us looking at it. Our technician tested and isolated the issue as being a body module. This part has to be programmed by BMW as they will not release the information to independent shops. Also, BMW parts department will not release the number of the part so we are unable to get the information the customer wanted.
