Amazing people to work with! I was offered options for my car, was guided and kept informed. Ty was my go-to man and I couldn’t have asked for better. Unfortunately, when my car was ready, their shuttle service was booked solid. A wonderful young lady (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name!) called an Uber for me!!! CBA is normally good to work with but they wasted my time today. I called and made a simple appointment for an oil change. Told the rep I was going to wait for the vehicle and got an appointment. Normally, this means an hour wait. Showed up this morning and got the "do you need a ride home" and "we'll be done with it by 5 pm." Also, they had the wrong car down for an oil change. No apologies. Probably the only mechanic in the area I can trust to take accountability if they miss something. Extremely in depth diagnostic service with reasonable prices. Offers a shuttle to and from the mechanic, as well as free snacks in the waiting room if you decide to wait there.
