Normally a good experience. This week was unfortunately different, as the work I requested was not completed. I typically receive a report of planned work while my vehicle is in the shop, which would have presented an opportunity to correct the issue, but not this time. Edited to add: the shop reached out right away and took care of the additional work. Appreciate the follow through.
Christian Brothers Automotive did an excellent job in helping to diagnose my A/C issue. They were very professional, and drove my car around for several hours in trying to pinpoint the issue. I was very grateful to them for narrowing it down. They also provided a very nice breakdown of items they inspected of my car with detailed photos, videos, etc. I’d highly recommend them for any automotive needs.

I've brought vehicles to Christian Brothers several times and have always had positive experiences. This company operates with a very respectful, Christian-values-based approach I find highly valuable. I also like their digital diagnosis report of the trouble and the frequent communications on the status of repairs. They also warranty any repairs made by their master-techs. In total, these are the reasons I have and will return to CB for auto services.
Excellent service, great work, and great people. I have a trip coming up and they made sure the work was done as soon as possible to get my car ready. These guys were so kind and welcoming. Could not recommend this place enough!
