Christian Brothers service is extraordinary. Everyone I interacted with was polite, courteous, and kind, especially Brad, the service advisor I communicated with. He kept me updated throughout the repair, did a fantastic job explaining what was needed in a way that made sense to someone without a lot of knowledge on cars and maintenance, and he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of with coordinating shuttles and showing his willingness to help.
