I made an appointment last week for a diagnostic. I didn’t think I’d have to drop off my car for multiple days just for a diagnostic. I was under the impression when I made my appointment it wouldn’t take that long. The guy I spoke to the first time should’ve told me I would have to drop off my car and also told me I was going to be charged $200.
