I haven't had that kind of customer service in a while. I needed a state inspection and they were professional, quick and kind. School was suddenly out that day, so I had to take my young kids. They gave my kids coloring books and snacks. Then, since it was raining outside, they brought the car right to the entrance and personally kept an umbrella on me as I loaded in the kids. Amazing experience. Will be coming back.
This was my first time going there and it will not be my last. I went for a pre-purchase service and to start off, Drake was a sweetheart (i believe that’s his name, the guy that checks you in). They provided me a ride home while they looked at my car and the driver that day was super nice (i didn’t get his name but I will next time)!
