Took my Infiniti here to get transmission serviced. It used to have a bad jerk in reverse now my vehicle shifts smooth as butter with their transmission service. They didnt have the parts they needed so the front desk went to dealer personally to get it done. They could have put me off but had the honor and decency to contact me personally and get the job done right! Honest dependable mechanics matched with a great front end staff. They actually put care into how they treat their customers. We will be back for sure!
Went to have my vehicle serviced and a courtesy check completed and I highly recommend! Shauna was awesome and so helpful and they gave me a heads up on a few items to keep an eye on without pressure of getting any work done right away unnecessarily. That allows for me to budget for it without anxiety. Their prices are also extremely fair. Great place!
I hate that my mom gets her vehicle serviced here . She doesn’t notice care bow disrespectful they are to her. On top of that, despite being qualified for the 3 positions I’ve applied for in the past 2 years , they continuously state I am not a qualified candidate . No background check , no phone call, just delete my application . I usually do not try and interfere with where people shop or do business but Chester needs a shop where EVERYONE can feel welcome.
