Hands down, I absolutely LOVE the quality of service provided here. I have been taking my vehicle here for service since this company opened in Chester and I have no complaints. The service provided is always pleasant, detailed, thorough and explained for understanding. Lobby is always clean with a welcoming and comforting atmosphere. Took my Honda hybrid in for an oil change after my wife raved about Scott and others at Christian Brothers. To be honest, I think she undersold their commitment and work. Signing up for the oil change online was quick & easy. Working with Scott at the front to ensure we were aligned on scope of the visit was seamless. To preface, I’ve heard a ton of good things about this company. Had a front end alignment done on my old truck, recommended from discount tire for a very competitive price. Appointment was at 8AM and was asked when I needed my truck back. I told them it didn’t matter as long as it I got it back today. At 3PM I called for an update and was told it hasn’t been taken back yet, and that their front end alignment machine has been on fire (busy). At 5:30PM my truck is done, and I pick it up.
