Awesome repair shop top tier mechanics excellent qualify of work. Good people.
They're a little slow on follow-up, but the work they do is superior to work I've seen other mechanics do. They will go above and beyond to troubleshoot a problem. The staff are very professional, friendly, and understanding, rare qualities that you don't often find in many mechanics these days. The lobby is warm and inviting, so waiting on you vehicle doesn't feel like a million years. My experience was the best that I have received from auto repair Colin was very helpful and I will be continuing do business with them.
Had a 2012 Ford edge showing running hot. They told me it was fan switch. $800, Two weeks later still getting hot alert. Took it back. Said it had leak in radiator. And fans needed replacing. I purchased parts and they installed. Another $800. I called today and ask them to install brakes amd rotors on my 2019 Ford F250 sd. They said they don’t install customer supplied parts. Well they did before. I can’t stand for someone to lie to me.
I recently had a very positive experience with Christian Brothers of Chester. They stood by their warranty and did so with excellent customer service. Thanks so very much. Forever grateful.
