Great customer service. Terrible results in my experience. You will get an upfront $200 fee for analysis and a $50 service fee on any work. U will get the fee even if you're bringing back vehicle for an issue you've had in the past less than 1 yr and spent $2k to fix (in my case, AC). They focus on modern vehicles/warranties. I won't bring my "older" car here again. I just spent another $2k here and my vehicle is not fixed and still no AC. After $5k+ at same shop on same issue for over a year, I will not return. So thankful I contacted Christian Brothers Automotive! I will definitely take my vehicle here for maintenance & I'll spread the word! I called 3 other places and was told just to put a battery in my car it would $150-200 just to install. (I already purchased the battery else where) CBA charged me less that $30! Nice people , awesome experience. Thanks again!
They worked well with us. They kept us informed and worked quickly through multiple, very painful, powertrain warranty issues. They made it very easy.
Cannon worked my car and did a great job on my oil change. He was very courteous and helpful. I will be back.
