I was pleasantly surprised with the level of warmth and friendliness. I was greeted upon entering the facility. They took the time to review what my issue was with my car and my concerns. The level of communication with me throughout the inspection, diagnostics, and service to my car was superb. I was kept abreast of the service throughout the day. I was made to feel as if I was not only a customer, but a friend and Neighbor as well. I will definitely be recommending Christian Brothers Auto to others.
