After taking our vehicle to gettel hyundai for AC issues and them keeping the car for 2 days just to diagnose the problem at the tune of $315 and quoting $3200 to repair, but only after having the adaptive driving stick (handicap accessory) removed from another company we tried our luck with Christian Brothers in Bradenton. After a regular oil change, I was presented with a list of expensive service recommendations most of which are not needed. Avoid this business to keep from paying for unnecessary services. I lost trust in this business and will not go back

I have visited Christian Brothers in Bradenton on 3 occasions and I have always had a very positive experience. Yesterday I called in the morning with a minor problem and I was given an appointment for 1 pm . My car was repaired promptly and was ready for pickup by 4 pm the same day. I continue to be very impressed with Christian Brothers in Bradenton.

Customer service at Christian Brothers was genuinely kind. That said, my overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. When I first came in, I already had a diagnosis and quote from my dealership. I was told by Christian’s that the dealership’s ~$5,000 estimate was “crazy,” and soo high, which gave me hope that the issue was either misdiagnosed or could be resolved for much less.
