I am from out of state and brought my 2014 Acura RDX to Christian Brothers after it left us stranded due to a recurring cylinder 6 misfire. I chose this shop based on a recommendation and gave them a detailed history of everything that had already been done and the issues I had been experiencing. I was charged over $200 for a diagnostic fee that would not be applied toward any repairs if I chose to have the work done there. Extremely nice staff, service is done in a timely fashion, and they are up front with pricing. Not to mention the shuttle service which is quite convenient.

Had engine coils done last year and is under their poor Warranty. Engine is shaking miserably again, and they won’t look at it for five days. I already had the diagnostic test done. If they cannot service their existing customers, I’m not sure if they are just overwhelmed and can’t handle their business Shianne was very helpful, but Dustin intervened and was very dismissive

They quoted a price of $328, and when they were finished told me the price was over $400 for an oil and filter change. They recommended an air filter replacement and when I asked how much they said it would be $180 to replace a thirty dollar filter. I asked that the wheels be rotated and they said it could not be done on my vehicle, the dealership does it without question. In the past at other CBA locations I received straight talk and no games. Joe and the team are incredibly timely with their repairs and are some of the best communicators I’ve worked with when getting my car serviced. Highly recommend using them when needed!
