I went to Christian Brothers Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection. I was not disappointed! Mr. Lucas was honest and said that everything checked out 100%. He mentioned that my car would soon need a brake flush, so I authorized them to handle it during my visit. I was very pleased with the entire experience, from entering the waiting area to the high-quality service they provided. I just found my new mechanic family.
Before leaving Naperville, Illinois our car battery was dead. Was able to jump it off. After getting on the road we stopped at an auto parts store where they checked the battery and was bad battery. Bought a new one and the auto parts person did some tests and said that our alternator was bad. They sent us to the Christian Brothers Auto Repair not far from the store. Called Christian Brothers today via telephone. The individual answering the telephone spoke so quickly, making it difficult to understand what he was saying. I asked if this was Christian Brothers, long pause, click. I was hung up on. I called a second time, the person answering spoke more slowly and clearly. Stated his name was Joe. 10/10 Christian Brothers automotive is absolutely amazing! The staff is so very friendly and helpful!!! Will definitely keep coming back to get my car serviced and fixed when needed!!!!
