I typically don't leave reviews but I've never had an automotive shop decline services for any of my vehicles. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
I’m local Bolingbrook resident and have not utilized Christian Brothers services before. I was in a bind in my way to a wake/funeral out of state. My tire would not fill up the air so I quickly stopped in to see if anything could be done. I wish I had asked the young man’s name at the desk so I could thank him personally. This was my first visit to this establishment. Although I'm sure many shops care about the customers, but this place just seems genuine. They took the time to listen to the issue my wife was telling them what was going on as well as taking a ride with her too hear the clicking noise. What really set things in motion was that my wife didn't feel as if she was being taken advantage of with the repairs. I have always been treated fairly by these guys without feeling like they are screwing me over or being sold services I don't need. They always perform a thorough inspection and provide a comprehensive list of services you can choose to have them do, but they will give your their honest opinion of what services should be done and which one's are not critical. They may not be the very cheapest shop in town, but I find then to be honest, professional, and timely.
