I wanted to share my experience. Yes, they have great customer service but they are pricy. They remind me of a dealership and I tend to go to ma and PA places. It was going to cost $185 just to look at my muffler. And that doesn't even go towards the repair. I did not get the repair done there. I gave it a 1 star instead of zero.

Performed exactly what I needed, went above and beyond with extra work, like fitting new headlights even though they dont offer that service, thoroughly oversaw work that was required and also provided inspection notes for other necessary repairs and service with estimated pricing.
