I had an oil change this past week. They do a very good courtesy inspection with pictures and notes. They found additional issues and arranged a free ride back to my place while they did the repairs. They explained why the repairs were needed and pricing was fair.They arranged a ride to have me return to the shop to get my car as well. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable and upfront.

I can’t say enough grateful and thankful I am to the team at Christian Brothers automotive for saving me when I was stranded on a work trip. I only did. They provide excellent and timely service to get me back home, but they were comforting and reassuring when I was in a panic I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that is lucky to live in Columbus and can have their car serviced by them.

I cannot recommend Christian Brothers Automotive enough! When my car broke down, they sent me an incredibly detailed report explaining my car's issues and took the time to personally talk through images / diagnostics. James was incredibly helpful and even helped talk through some of my Dad's questions on the phone. They serve with integrity and transparency, and although it meant they would not receive further business from me, they gave me recs for new cars and overall guidance.
