Needed a new engine in our old truck. Spoke to Cliff about it and he got us the best price I found out of 5 other mechanics. But that was just the beginning of the exceptional customer service. I explained to Cliff the truck has sentimental value to my wife and her family and that is why we were fixing it instead of sending it to the junk yard. I have NEVER left somewhere and really wanted to leave a review. I was helped as soon as I walked in. Everyone behind the desk was very friendly, informative, offered the extra mile and most of all listened to me and that’s important to me especially for being female in a mechanic shop. I went in for a simple oil change, the work was completed quickly and when I was handed the keys the gentleman walked me out and opened the car door for me and wished me a nice day.
