Amazing customer service and communication! Had an emergency and they were able to jump on it right away and make sure it was done correctly. They took their time and also explained all the work transparently. Cliff was a great communicator! Definitely recommend!
I’m not real big on leaving reviews, however I feel inclined to do so for this company. Had terrible experiences in my past with dishonest mechanics that throw parts at problems they can’t figure out, and overcharge for substandard work which lead me to do 90% of my own mechanic work/maintenance. Recently had an issue with my truck that was above my YouTube/google experience, and took it into these guys and I’m so grateful that I did! Wonderful customer service. Quickly got our car checked out. And even took car back to our house once they were finished. Friendly and good communications.
This was my first visit to Christian Brothers automotive in Berthoud. And it was absolutely positive from beginning to end. Everybody is friendly and helpful and the place is very clean. I will definitely take my car there again.
