AVOID! I brought my vehicle in to Christian Brothers Automotive because the A/C wasn't blowing cold. The guy that waited on me and took my info was courteous. That didn't last long.... I called the 2nd day they had it to check the status. The guy on the phone tried to tell me that the broken coolant temp gauge on my 20 year old truck would keep the A/C from working, so it had to be fixed first. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Christian Brothers Automotive Beaumont has NO CREDIBILITY, WASTED MY TIME, and tried to CREATE UNNECESSARY FINANCIAL BURDEN. I brought my car here for a wheel alignment service of $90 but instead the technician suggested replacing steering gearbox service of $900 due to slack and play in steering wheel.
