I had a great experience at Christian brothers. They did the work I requested then gave me estimates on work that service manual recommended but no pressure. Will become my go to auto mechanics
Found Christian Brothers on line at Bartram Park. Reviews looked good. I needed new exhaust manifold gaskets on my Ram Hemi. The dealership wanted over $1800 to replace them . Christian Brothers replaced them for $829. 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. Mitch was easy to work with and updated me on everything . I made an appointment for wheel alignment and had one for the next day. Took the car in and was back on the road in about 30 minutes. Nice guys behind the counter and quick service at a decent price. After I left Christian Brothers shop, I noticed a vibration in the front end, so I went in and talked to them. They test drove it and also noticed the vibration, so put it on the rack and determined that one of my front tires had started to separate. Needed an oil change and was able to get it done without an appointment. A summary of work needed was emailed to me but since my vehicle is 16 years old, I only wanted my oil changed and fluids topped off. They never pressured me on any other work.
I couldn’t be more disappointed. I would not refer this place to my worst enemy. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I paid $1100 to get my car fixed a couple weeks ago and picked it up before my trip to Tampa. My car temperature gauge light immediately came on and I had to switch cars for my trip. I called them twice for them to look at it again, and they said they will take a look at it for free. I went to take it in again, and they tried charging me another $1,800 for the issue.
