At 10:45 AM I called Christian Brothers. At 11:15 AM I arrived. By 11:25 AM my car was fixed and the keys were being handed back to me. By far the best experience I have ever had with an automotive repair shop. Excellent, honest, straightforward service. Thank you Steve! We will be back! The rattling noise coming from my 2009 Toyota was a hanging heat sheild. After putting my car up on the lift, it was able to be put back in place with just a couple of washers. Steve was so incredibly helpful! My car died at work and I luckily got a jump start to make it to Christian Brothers and already had a new battery in my car. Unfortunately the bolt that was holding the battery into place was stuck so I was unable to swap the batteries on my own. Steve was able to swap the batteries, remove the bolt for the change, pulls the car up to the front lobby door, hands me the keys and said you're all set. THATS IT??? They didn't charge me one cent!
