Not pleased because I scheduled an appointment for an alignment and specifically said I only wanted the front aligned. Again in person when I dropped the car off, I made it clear I only wanted the front wheels aligned. When I went to pick up the car, they had aligned all four tires and charged me for it. They did not call and let me know they had found a back tire misaligned, giving me the opportunity to review the cost and decide if I wanted to do this or not. Isaiah was the one who worked on my car for several weeks, dedicating countless hours and ordering new parts to get it repaired. Despite Volvo not providing instructions on how to resolve the remaining issues, Isaiah was incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire process. He apologized and reassured me that I wouldn’t owe anything, not even for the parts. Took these the day before bringing it to Christian Brothers since they did the brakes in 2023 and were still under warranty. Taylor said her techs said they are "6mm and only 50 percent worn, no problem with them at all" - you decide if that's accurate. I know better. When I challenged Taylor (over the phone because she and all the techs leave at 5 - they close at 6pm) she was rude and an employee had to apologize for her. Well, this was my go to place but then Taylor decided to change the pricing on me at the last minute to almost 40% more and did it without telling me on a previous estimate that was a year old I understand that prices could go up and should go up overtime, but she didn’t bother to mention it to me. Did it behind my back and then lied to me on the phone and said she didn’t do it. I’ll never go there again and I will tell 20 of my friends not to go there
