Staff was courteous and helpful. Explained all of the most urgent concerns on my brake system as well as less pressing maintenance items. No hard / pushy sales pitch. They worked efficiently to get my vehicle repaired and back on the road. The also offer generous military discount. Highly recommend!
I am beyond appalled by complete lack of technical competence and customer service at this shop. We brought our car in for what was quoted as a simple $84 inspection fee. They claimed the battery was dead, so we purchased a brand-new battery ourselves and supplied it to them to save on parts markup. Despite doing zero labor to source or sell us the battery, they tacked on an additional $84 labor charge just to drop a customer-provided battery into our car.
