Over priced on everything, I have been charged for multiple part replacements. Yet it did not solve the problem. Visited them multiple times to get the issue solved. They could not solve the issue. They could not even figure out what the issue was. Overall a frustrating experience.
Love this place awesome people.
I have no problem with the oil change itself. My problem is the cost. I have never paid $99 for an oil change. Also, when I called before my appt inquiring about the rate I was told $69 (slightly more than what the dealer was charging but I was trying to support local). Being on fixed income, in the future I'll probably pursue less expensive options.
They did a great job with my repair! My only complaint would be very pricey! If I had more time to shop, I definitely could have gotten a better price!
I have a 2010 Acura TL with 96,000 miles on it. I initially went to Christian Brothers because my check charging system light kept coming on. I was told it was the alternator. I have had three alternators installed in the past year or so. The charging light still comes on. Instead of a smooth sound from the engine prior to Christian Brothers, the engine has this pulsating sound. Lastly, there is an oily boot print on my floor mat.
