I have a 2010 Acura TL with 96,000 miles on it. I initially went to Christian Brothers because my check charging system light kept coming on. I was told it was the alternator. I have had three alternators installed in the past year or so. The charging light still comes on. Came here on a whim because of a loose heat shield causing noises- previous shop told me it was a problem with the brakes and to have them checked out… Christian brothers confirmed it was just the heat shield. Reattached it where possible and got my car back within 24 hours. I loved the online view of the appraisal that showed exactly how each part they were talking about worked in the car. Helped me feel very informed and confident in making my repair decisions. Thank you!!
Over priced on everything, I have been charged for multiple part replacements. Yet it did not solve the problem. Visited them multiple times to get the issue solved. They could not solve the issue. They could not even figure out what the issue was. Overall a frustrating experience.
