They are always friendly and courteous. The car service is a bonus. I've been helped by both Matt and Mason and both have provided exceptional service.

I worked with Alex and the mechanics to address several issues with my 2015 Dodge Caravan. They went above and beyond my expectations. I recommend this Shop to anyone who values excellence in their car services at an affordable price.
Utterly incapable of fixing an issue in an accurate and transparent manner. I took my car in for a repair after a snow incident in January. They missed an important piece of the repair, lied about the pricing to fix their mistake, and I just found today that the alignment on the wheel that they repaired is way off. For whatever issue you take your car in for, they will find three more issues to charge you an extra couple thousand for. Not worth the time, money, or stress.
I had such a wonderful experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. They recently repaired my car, and from start to finish their customer service was absolutely excellent. My service advisor, Matt, communicated so clearly throughout the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way, which made everything so much less stressful.
