Great shop! They were able to squeeze my car in for an alignment the same day after I got done installing control arms. It's a modified car and the alignment is not easy but they had it done within 2 hours! I haven't had the best experience with Christian Brothers shops in the past but I would highly recommend this location. The service advisors were nice, the place was clean and my car drives great after the alignment!
The customer service team here are super knowledgeable, transparent, and professional. The technician’s are also very sharp. They keep my HD Ram in shape year round. I won’t go to another shop after coming here, if I have the choice.
I went in because my car was making a strange noise. I was scared of being ripped off since I’m just a girl but thankfully they were very honest and provided excellent customer service and were very thorough. Their courtesy inspections and attention to detail are very top tier. Definitely recommend this location!
CBA takes integrity and transparency seriously. My car needed repairs and CBA gave me the worst possible cost a week in advance. They gave me time and options to prepare for the expense and came in under the maximum estimate. I got a follow-up call a few days later to make sure the car was running well.
Note: I never write reviews. Service: transmission fluid drain & fill @ 63k miles. I can’t say enough good things about Christian Brothers Auto–Arvada, and especially about Matt, who sets the gold standard for customer service. From the moment I walked in, Matt spoke directly to *me*—the female owner of a 2020 4Runner—without defaulting to my husband, even though he’s the one who handles my car’s preventive care.
