Went here needing A/C repairs. They were very friendly, but after paying the $170+ inspection fee, I ended up finding that they were wanting to charge 2-3x the labor rate that even delearships would charge. Before getting other quotes, I did my due diligence and asked around about the quote to experienced technicians and it was confirmed that they were way inflating their labor prices compared to others. A very new and very nice facility with a nice waiting room. The Service Writer was attentive and listened to my description of the issues with my vehicle. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired same day and I am sure the repairs are quality. My minor complaint is that the invoice provided DOES NOT list the manufacturer or the part number of the parts used in replacement. **EDIT/UPDATE** The manager called and informed me that the price charged was incorrect and that he would refund my card for the difference. He agreed that even he wouldn't pay that kind of money for an oil change. The refund was for $124.65, bringing the total to $271.25 for an oil change and a K&N air filter cleaning. Raised the star rating from 1 to 3. I believe this still should have never happened and still priced higher than most.
