They have amazing customer service with very knowledgeable people that explain everything for you!! Went in for an oil leak and had to get my car cleaned from the excess amount of oil that was over everything. Explained in detail what was wrong with my car, gave me estimates, and was understanding of my situation financially!! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and would definitely recommend to anyone, thank you guys!
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible experience!!!!!!!!! I schedule an appointment and over 3 hours later, they still haven't contacted me as to what is taking so long. Then, another hour later, I finally get a text with a "Vehicle Inspection Report" I said no extra work will be performed. Please let me know when my vehicle is ready. So, long story short, if you go for an oil change/inspection, be prepared for a 4-6 hour wait. God help people that need to have actual vehicle repairs done. Never again.
I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive. They’re one of the few truly honest and compassionate automotive shops out there. I stopped by just before closing during a holiday week and they helped me right away. 10/10 service!
This place gets you in and out with precision. State inspection was scheduled online and the staff are professional and courteous.
