Outstanding experience at Christian Brothers Automotive! My son took our 2017 Lexus ES350 in because the lower splash shield had come loose. They took the time to inspect it, fixed the issue on the spot, and didn’t charge us for the repair. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days. I’m a regular at Christian Brothers in Argyle Texas and they never disappoint. Today they came out in the heat to check my oil because I couldn’t read the dipstick, then took the time to patiently show me how to do it myself. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful—great service.
I wish I could give this crew 10 stars, we had a nail in our tire, they inspected it and it was too close to the side wall to plug/patch. They worked directly with the 3rd party warranty we purchased at the dealership to get authorization and replaced the tire, I only had to pay for my portion of the replacement as defined by the warranty. They were very fast with service and did everything they could to make this as easy, fast and painless as possible.
