I came here to get repairs done earlier in the summer and had a great experience. It was pleasant inside the office and I was helped quickly. After inspecting my car, the update I got was thorough, easy to read, and had videos to better explain issues they found -which I liked. The repairs were done timely and I felt informed the whole time. Most notable was the workmanship they provided. I walked into CBA with a major problem and my engine light on. I received a pleasant ride home, a text detailing the diagnosis, and was able to accept the services I wanted. What should have been an all day wait was resolved in half a day. Thank you CBA for outstanding customer service, a friendly ride home and back (Thank you Karen) and efficient repairs. Honest service.
