Unable to fix what they broke. Now vehicle at Mercedes to try and undo what they did. Ran perfectly before they replaced rack n pinion smh. No answers no solutions. Just hey that's life smh

My boyfriend got his tire changed there this morning and had a wonderful experience. They did an excellent, quick job. The staff was kind and friendly. The atmosphere was clean, warm, and welcoming and did not feel like the typical auto shop at all. We highly recommend going to Christian Brothers for your automotive needs.
I purchased new tires from Christian Brothers in late 2023. I put roughly 12,000 on said tires. One tire developed a bulged in the sidewalk. I went back to them for a warranty replacement. The receipt says 3 or 36,000 which ever is longer. I'm under 36,0000 miles and the 3 years. They claim they don't warranty tires in direct contradiction to the receipt. If that weren't bad enough, when I bought the new tires I kept 1 of the old one because it only had 20000 miles. I thought it one gets damaged I could put that on the car. ... read more
