I went There Recently on the 1st of this and Back in May. There do Exceptional work. They have done a Fair Good Job on my Truck. It would had been Nice to See the Throttle before it was Clean on the Invoice I never saw it. and when done with the Vehicle the doors are LOCKED. But it would be Nice it the Price matches what My Estimate was or what I was told prior to Services. otherwise it would be the Place to go to.
I asked several times to have my battery terminals repaired and cleaned of corrosion so my battery will recharge properly and will not overload my alternator again which I just paid $500 in parts and labor to replace. But I had to disassemble and clean the battery terminals myself with baking soda paste, then dry and cover with grease, so they don’t overload my new alternator again! Your technicians wear gloves so why be frightened of a little lead sulfate corrosion?
They always go the extra mile. I was in a bind with a low battery while needing to leave on a trip. They got me in immediately!
I have never had a positive experience at any auto repair shop...until this week, when I took my car to Christian Brothers Automotive in Apex, NC. As soon as I walked in, I was met with several "Welcome!" greetings from the office staff. My intake person was thorough, and made sure she had all of my information and requests for the mechanic to check on.
