Make sure they give you a complete estimate before allowing them to do any work whatsoever. In fact, don't take a car to them unless you want to overpay. Very unchristian like, Strange that you say you cant find records. I specifically called you about the work. Horrible shop.
Paid $1100 for a coolant leak, I still have the same leak and they won't return my money. Their website says "Repairs done right the first time." That is a lie.
Great service and great people. My 2018 Pacifica has chronic electrical issues and they were able to quickly diagnose and resolve them. My go to shop even though I live 45 minutes away.
