Racist Customer Service??????? Refused service because I was black? I'm still shocked at my experience that happened less than an hour ago. Do not be fooled by the name "Christian" these guys will rip you off!!! I took my car in for repair because it was over heating. Brian called to tell me it was fixed and the repairs would cost $674. I told Brian i was unemployed and that I would go to MI to work with a relative to earn the cash to pay for my car. While in MI I kept in contact with Brian and he informed me that i car was fixed. I have had my car in for the same thing 4 times and I still have the same problem. Each time I go back, I'm told it's a different part and each time I'm charged $85.00 an hour and required to pay for the part. None of the parts fixed the problem and I was refused a refund on the previous labor charges or the parts. Steer clear and find some other place that has qualified people and professional customer service.
