I contacted this psychologist to ask about scheduling an appointment. Their response was dismissive and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting further. The tone came across as rude and unprofessional. When someone reaches out for mental health care, they deserve basic respect and courtesy, regardless of their insurance provider. Very disappointing interaction.
She is God sent to our family. She has been treating our mother for years now ( mom has vascular dementia ) and our mother has bonded and looks forward to her visits and calls. Mrs Berrios has formed a beautiful relationship with our mother and we know that because of this her Kindness and Compassion towards mom she has kept her more active. She is a True Blessing to our Family
