If I could give a negative review, I would. Their dispatcher, Tito, has no problem calling their elderly clients to yell at them for "not being ready to go" when 1- their drivers don't call to let them know they're there 2- they show up hours late ALL the time and 3- they have been waiting but their drivers just wait a minute and then take off saying they'll be back later. Their DRIVERS EXTORT money and ask for "presents" and "lunch". $5 to some may be nothing, but for the elderly, $5 here and there is a LOT of money and the... read more
